MAJOR EVENTS OF THE YEAR全年大事記 JANUARY一月 一 月，中 國 建 築 興 業 集 團（以 下 簡 稱「830」或「本 集 團」）榮獲由香港環境運動委員會頒發的「香港綠色機構認證－良好級 別 減 廢 證 書」，並 連 續 八 年 獲 頒 世 界 綠 色 組 織「綠 色 辦 公室5+」及「健 康 工 作 間」標 誌，肯 定 了 本 集 團 在 實 踐 綠 色 辦公室理念方面做出的不懈努力及成效。 In January, China State Construction Development HoldingsLimited(hereinafter referred to as“CSCD”or“830”or the Company) was awarded the “Hong Kong GreenOrganisation Certification – Wastewi$e Certificate – GoodLevel” by Hong Kong Environmental Campaign Committee,and for the eighth consecutive year, was awarded thelabeling of “Green Office 5+” and “Eco-Healthy Workplace”byWorld Green Organisation,affirming the Group’srelentless efforts and achievements in implementing thegreen office concept. 一月，830積極響應國家「走出去」戰略，拓展海外市場，旗下遠東幕牆（新加坡）有限公司（以下簡稱「遠東新加坡」）註冊成立。 In January, 830 actively responded to the national “GoingGlobal”strategy by expanding into overseas markets,and Far East Facade (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of830 (hereinafter referred to as “Far East Singapore”) wasincorporated. Major Events of The Year FEBRUARY二月 In February, the owner of The Line project in Saudi Arabiavisited Far East Facade (Zhuhai) Limited, a subsidiary of830 (hereinafter referred to as “Far East Zhuhai Base”), tounderstand the advanced equipment and technology forintelligent manufacturing of “Far East Facade”, which laidthe foundation for 830 to further expand into the MiddleEast and other overseas markets. 二 月，沙 特The Line項目業主參觀830旗下遠東幕牆（珠 海）有限公司（以下簡稱「遠東珠海基地」），了解「遠東幕牆」智能製造先進設備及技術，此次交流為830進一步開拓中東及其他海外市場奠定基礎。 MARCH三月 On 21 March, the Apple Jing’an, Shanghai, constructed byFar East Netfortune Facade (Shanghai) Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as “Far East Shanghai”), a subsidiaryof 830, grandly opened, becoming the world’s second-largest flagship store, second only to the Apple Store onFifth Avenue in New York in terms of retail store grade. 三月二十一日，由830旗下遠東力進幕牆（上海）有限公司（以下簡稱「遠東上海」）承建幕牆工程的上海蘋果靜安店盛大啟幕，成 為 零 售 店 等 級 僅 次 于 紐 約 第 五 大 道 蘋 果 店 的 全 球 第二大旗艦店。 Major Events of The Year APRIL四月 On 18 April, the News Center of the State-owned AssetsSupervision and Administration Commission of the StateCouncil organized a media integration interview activity titled“Entering New State-owned Enterprises – Moving Towards aNew Future of Intelligent Manufacturing”, attended by morethan 20 representatives from People’s Daily, Xinhua NewsAgency, Economic Daily, etc. Media reporters visited the FarEast Zhuhai Base, a subsidiary of 830, to explore the innovativestories of China State Construction in actively nurturing anddeveloping new quality productivity during the process ofpromoting building transformation, development and urbanrenewal, as well as creating city landmarks. In April, Far East Facade (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiaryof 830 (hereinafter referred to as “Far East Hong Kong”),won the bid for the facade project of New Central Site 3A.This project is a highly anticipated international-level p
