The Group wasestablished in Hong Kong in 1992. It was first listed on theGEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(Stock code: 8040) on 16 February 2000, and successfullytransferred to the Main Board (Stock code: 110) on 26 January2004. The Group has a strong shareholder background andwell operational and professional management team. GEM8040110 In 2021, the Group tap into eco-friendly bag automatic bagtaking machine together with the database traffic monetisationfrom mobile application business called Beijing Daizhangmen,in the PRC. In 2024, the Group entered into the master distributionagreement with a licensor to grant a license to distribute“PHILIPS” brand routers and related electronic products in thechannels including permitted digital channels in the regionincluding the PRC, Hong Kong and Macau for a term of fiveyears. The corporate culture of the Group rests on the integration ofthe West and the East, modern and traditional managementphilosophy, with an aim to build up a “Continuous LearningEnterprise”.
