The Group was established in HongKong in 1992. It was first listed on the GEM Board of The StockExchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 8040) on 16 February2000, and successfully transferred to the Main Board (Stock code:110) on 26 January 2004. The Group has a strong shareholderbackground and well operational and professional managementteam. In 2007, the Group acquired Zhuhai Reminda Telecom EquipmentCompany Limited which was a company selling mobile phonesand telecommunication equipments in the PRC. In 2009, the Group acquired a Strontium mining site in the PRC, asits first step in entering the natural resource industry. In 2019, Beijing Feiying accounted for as a subsidiary of theCompany and can consolidate Beijing Feiying’s results into theGroup’s accounts. The Group tap into the used mobile phonesand mobile app market in the PRC. In 2020, the Group has stripped off the used mobile phones andmobile app market in the PRC. Beijing Feiying no longer beaccounted for as a subsidiary of the Company and account for itas an associate of the Company. In 2021, the Group tap into eco-friendly bag automatic bag takingmachine together with the database traffic monetisation frommobile application business called Beijing Daizhangmen, in thePRC. The corporate culture of the Group rests on the integration of theWest and the East, modern and traditional managementphilosophy, with an aim to build up a “Continuous LearningEnterprise”. The corporate spirit of China Fortune focuses on“Human Enterprise”. Under the leadership of its aspiring andenergetic management, China Fortune’s staff will team up andmove towards the Group’s goal of ranking as one of the largestand best wireless communication and data products and servicesproviders in the region.
