(the “Company”, together withits subsidiaries, the “Group”), I am pleased to present the annualreport of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the“Year”). This is our first annual report since our listing on 30 December2024 (the “Listing Date”). The successful listing (“Listing”) ofour shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of HongKong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) marked a new chapter ofthe Group and has opened up new opportunities for our growth. 20241230 As a pioneer of digital health and medical services in China, wehave participated in the major digital transformations of China’shealth and wellness industry over the last two decades. Weare committed to guide and support patients at each stage oftheir health and disease management, from initial consultationto claims processing, and from disease and medical expenseinformation to treatment options and medicine purchase. We alsostrive to reduce the trouble and inconvenience of people seekinghealth and medical resources throughout their experience from in-hospital visits to out-of-hospital healthcare fulfillment. Last year, our business operations continued to grow.
