Mr. Xu is also a director ofHi Sun Limited(“HSL”), a substantial shareholder ofthe Company. Prior to joiningthe Group in 2003, Mr. Xu was the president of a system integrationcompany. 渠萬春行政總裁 KUI MAN CHUN, Chief Executive Officer 渠先生，58歲，為本公司行政總裁兼執行董事以及本公司若干附屬公司董事。彼畢業於北京大學，持有國際關係學碩士學位，在資訊科技業及投資業務方面積逾三十三年豐富經驗。渠先生亦為HSL之主席、行政總裁兼董事。於二零零零年加入本集團及HSL前，渠先生為國內一間企業之總裁。 Mr. Kui, age 58, is the Chief Executive Officer and an ExecutiveDirector of the Company and a director of certain subsidiaries ofthe Company. He graduated from the Peking University with amaster’s degree in international relations and has over 33 years ofexperience in the information technology industry and investmentactivities. Mr. Kui is also the chairman, chief executive officer anda director of HSL. Prior to joining the Group and HSL in 2000, Mr.Kui was the president of an enterprise in the PRC. 李文晉 LI WENJIN 李先生，61歲，為執行董事以及本公司若干附屬公司董事。彼畢業於北京大學，持有法律碩士學位，於投資及行政事務方面積逾三十二年豐富經驗。李先生亦為HSL之董事。於一九九九年加入HSL前，彼曾任職中港兩地多間公司。李先生亦自二零一零年二月二十四日起獲委任為本公司之聯營公司百富環球科技有限公司（於聯交所主板上市）之執行董事。彼於二零零零年加入本集團。 Mr. Li, age 61, is an Executive Director and a director of certainsubsidiaries of the Company. He graduated from the PekingUniversity with a master’s degree in law. He has over 32 yearsof experience in investment and administrative affairs. Mr. Li isalso a director of HSL. Prior to joining HSL in 1999, he workedfor several companies in the PRC and Hong Kong. Mr. Li has alsobeen appointed as an executive director of PAX Global TechnologyLimited, an associated corporation of the Company listed on theMain Board of the Stock Exchange, since 24 February 2010.
