He graduated from the Dalian University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and has extensive experience in computer systems integration of the financial industry. Mr. Xu is also a director of Hi Sun Limited (“HSL”), a substantial shareholder of the Company. Prior to joining the Group in 2003, Mr. Xu was the president of a system integration company.KUI MAN CHUN, Chief Executive OfficerMr. Kui, age 57, is the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of the Company and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. He graduated from the Peking University with a master’s degree in international relations and has over 31 years of experience in the information technology industry and investment activities. Mr. Kui is also the chairman, chief executive officer and a director of HSL.
