CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT主席報告書 Dear Shareholders, The Board announces the Group’s interim results for the six monthsended 30 June 2024 (the “Period”). The results were not audited buthave been reviewed by the Company’s audit committee (the “AuditCommittee”). 業績回顧 RESULT REVIEW 78.7233.066.2% The Group’s total revenue for the Period was approximatelyRMB78.7 million, representing a decrease of approximately 66.2%from approximately RMB233.0 million for the corresponding periodof last year. Loss attributable to the owners of the Company was approximatelyRMB334.9 million, representing an increase of approximately 33.2%in loss as compared to the same period of last year. 334.933.2% 0.1780.134 During the Period, loss per share was approximately RMB0.178 (sixmonths ended 30 June 2023: RMB0.134). 總結 CONCLUSION Looking forward to the second half of 2024, the domestic economyhas gradually recovered through the central government toimplement active fiscal policies and sound monetary policiesincluding the relaxation of delivery of properties, credit, debtissuance and equity financing, which are all favourable to real estatedeveloper
