Wehope that you share our belief that making meaningfulcommitments for positive change—and taking action onthem—can create tangible value and contribute to abetter future for all. •We built upon our strong commitment to environmentalsustainability in how we operate our business by settingnew Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)-approvednet-zero targets for greenhouse gas emissions, alignedwith SBTi's Corporate Net-Zero Standard. •We increased our people’s training hours by 10% toapproximately 44 million, and our Data & AI workforcereached approximately 57,000 practitioners, against ourgoal of doubling this workforce to 80,000 by the end offiscal 2026. Over 81,000of our people participated in activities supporting socialand environmental causes during our inaugural Seasonof Impact. Our reporting captures how we deliver unique value across the six vitaldimensions of our 360° Value Meter—Client, Experience, Talent, Inclusion& Diversity, Sustainability and Financial—and offers a comprehensiveview of our financial and our environmental, social and governance (ESG)measures, along with our goals, progress and performance for each.
