The unaudited condensed consolidated financialresults of the Group for the Period have been reviewed by the Company’s auditcommittee (“Audit Committee”) and approved by the Board on 25 November2024. All amounts set out in this report are presented in Malaysian Ringgit (“RM”)unless otherwise indicated. Business Review 20PPP BGMC is a full-fledged, integrated solutions provider. The Construction Servicessector (comprising Building and Structures segment, Energy Infra-structuresegment, Mechanical and Electrical segment, and Earthworks and Infra-structuresegment) undertakes primarily construction service contracts not exceedingfive years. BGMC also looks for suitable business opportunities in the Concessionand Maintenance sector which undertakes Public Private Partnership (“PPP”)contracts with a duration of around 20 years. Construction Services Sector 64.5100%35.599.6%202311 The Construction Services sector contributed RM64.5 million, or 100%, to theconsolidated revenue of the Group for the Period, against RM35.5 million, or99.6%, in the Corresponding Period. The increase in revenue was due to thesignificant work progress of a new project secured in November 2023.
