The shares of the Company have been listed on theMainBoard of The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited(the“Stock Exchange”)with effect from23 March 2023, after the successful spin-off of theCompany from the previous ultimate holding company,Karrie International Holdings Limited (“KIHL”) which isincorporated in Bermuda with its shares listed on theStock Exchange. The Company is an investment holding company.
