The Company is an investment holding company. TheCompany and its subsidiaries (together, “the Group”)areprincipally engaged in development and salesof residential properties in Dongguan, Huizhou andFoshan. 34 This interim financial report has been prepared inaccordance with the applicable disclosure provisionsof the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities onThe Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, includingcompliancewith Hong Kong Accounting Standard(“HKAS”) 34,Interim financial reporting , issued by theHong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants( “H K I C PA” ).I t w a s a u t h o r is e d f o r is s u e o n 27November 2023. 2 2BASIS OF PREPARATION 3 T heinterim f inancial rep or t has b een preparedinaccordance with the same accounting policiesadopted in the annual financial statements for theyear ended 31 March 2023, except for the accountingpolicy changes that are expected to be reflected inthe annual financial statements for the year ended31 March 2024.
