Being one of the most establishedretail chain groups of lighting products in Hong Kong, E Lightingpossesses rich experience in the sale of quality lighting and designerlabel furniture products from all over the world. During the sixmonths ended 30 September 2023 (the ”Reporting Period”), theGroup timely adjusted its product strategies and actively carried outpromotion activities. 燈 飾 及 設 計 師 品 牌 家 具 的 零 售 連 鎖 業 務 為 本 公司 及 其 附 屬 公 司（統 稱 為「本 集 團」）的 核 心 業務。壹 照 明 作 為 全 港 最 具 規 模 的 燈 飾 零 售 連 鎖集 團 之 一，於 銷 售 來 自 世 界 各 地 的 優 質 品 牌 燈飾 及 設 計 師 家 具 方 面 擁 有 豐 富 經 驗。於 截 至 二零 二 三 年 九 月 三 十 日 止 六 個 月（「報 告 期」）內，本集團適時調整產品策略及積極進行推廣活動。 未來展望 Future Outlook The Directors foresee that the Hong Kong retail market remainschallenging, and would continue to be affected by the continuousweak retail sentiment in the near term. The Group will closelymonitor the trend of the business environment, maintain pragmaticapproach for its business and take every chance to identify anysuitable opportunity in the market for the Group. 董 事 預 計 香 港 零 售 市 場 依 然 充 滿 挑 戰，且 短 期內 將 繼 續 受 制 於 零 售 行 業 氣 氛 持 續 疲 弱 影 響。本 集 團 將 會 密 切 監 察 營 商 環 境 趨 勢，在 進 行 業務 時 保 持 務 實，並 適 時 在 市 場 上 為 集 團 尋 找 合適機會。 The Group will continue to concentrate on the consolidation of itsretail network, optimisation of product mix and intensification ofcost control, and will also continue to seize opportunities to stabilisegrowth through cautious strategic planning.
