Toencourage a steady and healthy development of the coalindustry, the PRC government implements measures to amplify coalsupply, stabilize coal prices, adjust the pace of coal imports, andcoordinate measures for coal transportation to encourage the steadydevelopment of the coal industry and bring about a turnaround forthe transportation industry. It is expected that the positive factorswill bring growth to the traffic volume and toll income of ZhunxingExpressway, and the Group will continue to move forward steadily. 2022 Looking back at the year of 2022, the staffs at all levels of the Grouphad strived together and continued to take actions to improve theliquidityposition of the Group.Amid the challenging economicenvironment,the Company is in the progress of implementingvarious measures including but not limited to seeking other potentialpurchasers to dispose of the equity interests in Zhunxing and debtrestructuring with the Group’s creditors (the “Creditors”).
