Notes to the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements (Continued) 2.BASIS OF PREPARATION ANDACCOUNTING POLICIES 2. 3416 These condensed consolidated financialstatements for the six months ended 30 June2024 have been prepared in accordancewith Hong Kong Accounting Standard(“HKAS”) 34 Interim Financial Reportingissued by the Hong Kong Institute ofCertified Public Accountants (the “HKICPA”)and the applicable disclosure requirementsof Appendix 16 to the Rules Governing theListing of Securities on the Stock Exchange(the “Listing Rules”). The accounting policies and the basis ofpreparation adopted in the preparation ofthese condensed consolidated financialstatements are consistent with thoseadopted in the Group’s annual financialstatements for the year ended 31 December2024, except for the adoption of the revisedHong Kong Financial Reporting Standards(“HKFRSs”) issued by HKICPA as disclosedbelow. These condensed consolidated interimfinancial statements for the six months ended30 September 2024 have been preparedunder the historical cost convention.
