(International) HoldingsLimited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectivelythe “Group”) are (i) renewable energy business; (ii)e-commercebusiness; and (iii) others which mainly include building informationmodelling services. 可再生能源業務 Renewable Energy Business 忠天新能源開發有限公司為投資控股公司，其附屬公司主要從事工程開發，並合資格從事中華人民共和國（「中國」）電力行業項目的主體工程、採購及建築，專注於在中國建築行業應用可再生能源。 TIEN New Energy Development Limited is an investment holdingcompany and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in engineeringdevelopment and qualified form main engineering, procurementand construction in electric power projects in the People’s Republicof China (“PRC”) with a focus in application of renewable in theconstruction sector of the PRC. 2024年 上 半 年，可 再 生 能 源 業 務 為 本 集 團 貢 獻收 益 約169.0百 萬 港 元（2023年 上 半 年：約210.3百萬港元）。於本報告日期，本集團擁有合共5份（2023年12月31日：5份）手頭合約（包括在建合約及尚未開始的合約），而該等手頭合約尚未確認的合約金額約為人民幣392.1百萬元（2023年12月31日：約人民幣224.4百萬元）。 In the first half of 2024, renewable energy business contributedapproximately HK$169.0 million revenue of the Group (first half of2023: approximately HK$210.3 million). As at the date of this report,the Group had a total of 5 contracts on hand (including contracts inprogress and contracts yet to be commenced) (31 December 2023:5 contracts) and the contract sum of these contracts on hand yetto be recognised amounted to approximately RMB392.1 million (31December 2023: approximately RMB224.4 million). 電子商務業務 E-commerce business 浙 江 中 宏 順 聯 網 絡 科 技 有 限 公 司 主 要 從 事 一 般電子商務貿易，向電商公司提供採購服務以及相關線上及線下諮詢服務。 Zhejiang CT Shunlian Network Technology Company Limited（浙江 中 宏 順 聯 網 絡 科 技 有 限 公 司）mainly engages in generale-commerce trading, and provides procurement services andrelated online and offline consultation services to e-commercecompanies. 2024年上半年，電子商務業務為本集團貢獻收益約33.6百萬港元（2023年上半年：2.0百萬港元）。 In the first half of 2024, the e-commerce business contributedapproximately HK$33.6 million revenue (first half of 2023: HK$2.0million) to the Group.
