Located in the northeast of Shenzhen. With the local governmentfurther developing Longgang District as an innovation centre in theeast of Shenzhen, its ancillary infrastructure such as logistics, healthcareand education will continue to advance, bringing more convenience tomerchants of CSC Shenzhen. 2.610 The new shopping experience at Wanda Plaza featuring tourism, culture,social interaction and lifestyle created synergies with CSC Shenzhen’soriginal market and customer base, as well as its well-established offeringsfor industries wholesale, warehousing and logistics, e-commerce, andliving facilities. As a result, this further stimulated the vitality of the projectsite and drove passenger flow. Transportation around the project has alsobeen improving.
