(中國大唐集團環境技術有限公司), which was established in July 2011. Since the establishment of theCompany and after several years of rapid development and a series ofbusiness restructuring, the Company has been successfully listed on theMain Board of the Stock Exchange since 15 November 2016. I.INDUSTRY OVERVIEW 綜 合2024年 上 半 年 環 保 行 業 的 整 體 表現 ，主要有以下幾大亮點與行業趨勢： Based on the overall performance of the environmental protectionindustry in the first half of 2024, there are mainly the followinghighlights and industry trends: 1. 1.Sound Mechanism for Green and Low-Carbon Development The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committeeofthe Communist Party of China considered andapproved the “Resolution of the Central Committee of theCommunist Party of China on Further Deepening ReformComprehensivelyto Advance Chinese Modernisation”(《中共中央關於進一步全面深化改革、推進中國式現代化的決定》), making deployments for deepening the reform ofthe ecological civilisation system and proposing to improvethe mechanism for green and low-carbon development.The Resolution proposes focusing on building a BeautifulChina, accelerating the overall green transformation ofeconomic and social development, improving the ecologicalenvironmentgovernance system,promoting ecologicalpriority,conservation and intensification,green andlow-carbon development, and fostering the harmoniouscoexistenceof mankind and nature.The Resolutionputs forward a series of major initiatives to improve themechanism for green and low-carbon development, suchasimplementing fiscal, taxation, financial, investment,pricing policies and standard systems that support greenand low-carbon development; optimising the government’sgreen procurement policy; accelerating the planning andconstruction of a new energy system; establishing a newmechanism for the comprehensive transformation fromdual-controlof energy consumption to dual-control ofcarbon emissions; and establishing a system for statisticalaccounting of carbon emissions, a certification system forcarbon labelling of products, and a management systemfor carbon footprints of products, etc. The Resolution laida foundation and set a clear direction for the long-termand sustainable development of green and low-carbonenvironmental protection industry. 黨 的 二 十 屆 三 中 全 會 審 議 通 過《 中 共 中 央 關 於 進 一 步 全 面 深 化改 革 、 推 進 中 國 式 現 代 化 的 決定 》， 對 深 化 生 態 文 明 體 制 改 革作出部署 ，提出健全綠色低碳發展 機 制 。 該《 決 定 》提 出 ， 聚 焦建設美麗中國 ，加快經濟社會發展全面綠色轉型 ，健全生態環境治理體系 ，推進生態優先 、節約集約 、綠色低碳發展 ，促進人與自然和諧共生 。該《決定》提出關於健全綠色低碳發展機制的一系列重大部署 ，如實施支持綠色低碳 發 展 的 財 稅 、 金 融 、 投 資 、價格政策和標準體系；優化
