The directors are responsible for the preparation andpresentation of this interim financial report in accordance with HKAS 34. Our responsibility is to form a conclusion, based on our review, on theinterim financial report and to report our conclusion solely to you, asa body, in accordance with our agreed terms of engagement, and forno other purpose. We do not assume responsibility towards or acceptliability to any other person for the contents of this report. Scope of review 2410 We conducted our review in accordance with Hong Kong Standard onReview Engagements 2410,“Review of Interim Financial InformationPerformed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity”issued by theHKICPA.
