If theNMPA grants an import licence for Senstend™, US$5 million(before deduction of PRC withholding tax) shall be payableto the Group from Wanbang Biopharmaceutical. In addition,upon first commercial sale of Senstend™ in China, US$2million (before deduction of PRC withholding tax) shall bepayable to the Group from Wanbang Biopharmaceutical. •Fortacin™於美國的進展方面，本公司正在評估兩家知名臨床研究機構關於在美國開展第三期臨床研究的方案。 •In respect of the progress being made with Fortacin™ in theUS, the Company is evaluating two proposals from reputableclinical research organisations in respect of undertaking thePhase 3 clinical studies in the US.
