The Board of the Company(the “Board”) does not recommend the payment of any interim dividend forthe Period under review (2023: nil). Chairman’s Statement(Continued)主席報告(續) 市場及業務回顧 MARKET AND BUSINESS REVIEW 2024年上半年,國際環境複雜嚴峻,不確定因素增加,國內結構調整持續深化,經濟發展面臨不少新的挑戰。但中國經濟基本延續了恢復向好的態勢,總體運行平穩,穩中有進。儘管中央及地方政府出臺了多項房地產寬鬆政策,房地產市場整體仍然延續築底調整態勢,下行壓力較大。 In the first half of 2024, the international environment was complicatedand severe, with increasing uncertainties. Domestic structure adjustmentcontinued to deepen, and economic development faced new challenges.However, China’s economy on the whole continued the recovery momentum,with overall stable operation and steady progress.
