The Grouphas already equipped the integrated vocational education servicecapabilities of “Enrollment – Assessment – Teaching – PracticalTraining – Examination – Employment” and gathered resources oflearning services and resources of digital intelligence employmentservices,continuously improved the comprehensive ability ofemployment services for talents, to connect colleges, studentsand enterprises, to realize data interoperability and precise matchingemployment services for talents. (i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v)(vi)(vii)(viii)20246 30311,9001,5009003.8C4703705,000+ At present, the Group has perfected the layout of eight businesssectors: (i) on-campus education, (ii) online education services, (iii)vocational ability improvement and training, (iv) human resourcesservices, (v) integration of digital intelligence, industry and educationservices, (vi) education informatization services, (vii) examinationand evaluation services, and (viii) international education services.As of 30 June 2024, the Group has over 1,900 learning centres inall 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities throughoutthe nation and more than 1,500 colleges and universities, bringingtogethermore than 900 human resources companies andapproximately 38,000 employers, linking approximately 4.7 millionC-end users and approximately 3.7 million jobs, serving studentsand users at the total scale of more than 50 million, and forming anonline + offline vocational education network and talent employmentservice system covering the whole nation. During the Reporting Period, the Groupoperated or managed 10 schools (including 7 higher educationinstitutions, 2 secondary vocational schools and 1 high school)in Chongqing, Shandong, Yunnan and Inner Mongolia.
