It proposed 19 policies andmeasures in 5 aspects, including promoting the formation of thehead-goose effect of the integration of production and education,consolidating the development foundation of vocational colleges,building a training base for integration of production and education,deepening school-enterprise cooperation for the integration ofproduction and education, and improving the combination ofincentives and support measures; it is further proposed that by2025, the number of pilot cities for the integration of industry andeducationin the country has reached about 50,and thebreakthrough and leading role of the pilot cities have been fullyexerted. More than 10,000 enterprises integrating industry andeducation have been built and cultivated across the country. Theenterprise system and combined incentive policy system for theintegration of industry and education are sound improved, variousfunding channels have steadily increased investment in vocationaleducation, industry needs are better integrated into the entireprocess of talent training, and a development pattern of educationand industry integration and positive interaction has graduallyformed.
