Mr. WANG is also the chairmanof the Nomination Committee and a member of the RemunerationCommittee of the Company. He is primarily responsible for theoverall business corporate strategies planning and development ofour Group. 王東斌先生，56歲，為本集團的創辦人、本公司的主席及執行董事。王先生亦為本公司提名委員會主席及薪酬委員會成員。彼主要負責本集團整體業務的企業策略計劃及發展。 彼於1990年7月於中國清華大學取得近代物理應用學士學位。彼於1992年7月於清華大學取得核物理碩士學位。 He obtained a bachelor’s degree in modern physics application fromTsinghua University in the PRC in July 1990. He obtained a master’sdegree in nuclear physics from Tsinghua University in July 1992. Mr. WANG has over 20 years of experience in the informationtechnology industry. Prior to founding our Group, Mr. WANG startedhis career in the industry when he was first employed as a technicaldirectorby Beijing Teletron Internet Technology Company Ltd.between May 1996 and June 2001. He then joined Becom SoftwareCo, Ltd. as the general manager between July 2001 and April 2008.Between May 2008 and July 2012, he was the executive director andthegeneral manager of Beijing Jietong Yishin TechnologyDevelopment Company Limited. 王先生於資訊科技行業擁有逾20年經驗。於創立本集團前，在1996年5月至2001年6月期間，王先生受僱於北京巿電信通網絡技術有限公司為技術總監，自此於本行業開展其事業。彼其後在2001年7月至2008年4月期間加入北控軟件有限公司為總經理。在2008年5月至2012年7月期間，彼為北京捷通易信科技發展有限公司執行董事及總經理。 Mr. WU Zhanjiang, aged 55, is a founder of the Group and anexecutive Director,and has been appointed as Chief Executive Officerof the Company with effect from 1 June 2019.
