Mr.WANGDongbinis also thechairman ofthe Nomination Committee and a member of theRemuneration Committee. He is primarily responsible for the overallbusinesscorporate strategies planning and development of ourGroup. 王東斌先生，58歲，為本集團的創辦人、本公司的主席及執行董事。王東斌先生亦為本公司提名委員會主席及薪酬委員會成員。彼主要負責本集團整體業務的企業策略計劃及發展。 彼於1990年7月於中國清華大學取得近代物理應用學士學位。彼於1992年7月於清華大學取得核物理碩士學位。 He obtained a bachelor’s degree in modern physics application fromTsinghua University in the PRC in July 1990. He obtained a master’sdegree in nuclear physics from Tsinghua University in July 1992. Mr.WANG Dongbin has over 20 years of experience in theinformation technology industry. Prior to founding our Group, Mr.WANGDongbinstarted his career in the industry when he was firstemployedas a technical director by Beijing Teletron InternetTechnology Company Ltd. between May 1996 and June 2001. Hethenjoined Becom Software Co,Ltd.as the general managerbetween July 2001 and April 2008. Between May 2008 and July 2012,he was the executive director and the general manager of BeijingJietong Yishin Technology Development Company Limited. 王東斌先生於資訊科技行業擁有逾20年經驗。於創立本集團前，在1996年5月至2001年6月期間，王東斌先生受僱於北京巿電信通網絡技術有限公司為技術總監，自此於本行業開展其事業。彼其後在2001年7月至2008年4月期間加入北控軟件有限公司為總經理。在2008年5月至2012年7月期間，彼為北京捷通易信科技發展有限公司執行董事及總經理。 吳戰江先生，57歲，為本集團的創辦人及執行董事，自2019年6月1日起獲委任為本公司行政總裁。彼主要負責本集團在智慧城市物聯網與智慧能源物聯網領域的技術研發與商業推廣工作。 Mr. WU Zhanjiang, aged57, is a founder of ourGroupand anexecutive Director,and has been appointed as Chief Executive Officerwith effectfrom 1 June 2019
