Macroeconomic policies haveledto the overall recovery of the economy and the continuousoptimisation of industrial structure.China's economic and socialdevelopment has entered a high-quality stage of accelerating greenand low-carbon development. 二零二三年，隨著疫情影響消退，中國社會經濟活力逐步復蘇。宏觀政策引領經濟整體回升向好，産業結構持續優化，中國經濟社會發展進入加快綠色化、低碳化的高質量發展階段。 To achieve the "dual carbon" goal, energy is the main battlefield andelectricityis the main force.On 2 June 2023,the National EnergyAdministration released the "Blue Book for the Development of New PowerSystems", proposing to strengthen the construction of four major systems:the power supply support system, the development and utilization systemof new energy, the large-scale layout and application system of energystorage, and the intelligent operation system of the power system. Therelease of the Blue Book has unified the understanding of the new powersystem within and outside the industry, and also marks an important stageof comprehensive initiation and accelerated promotion of the constructionof the new power system. 實現“雙碳”目標，能源是主戰場，電力是主力軍。2023年6月2日，國家能源局發布《新型電力系統發展藍皮書》，提出要加强電力供應支撑體系、新能源開發利用體系、儲能規模化布局應用體系、電力系統智慧化運行體系等四大體系建設。《藍皮書》的發布，統一了行業內外對新型電力系統的認識，也標志著新型電力系統建設進入全面啓動和加速推進的重要階段。 Smartenergy is the cornerstone business of the Group.With thecontinuous transformation of energy structure, the demand for buildingsmart energy systems through new generation information technologiessuch as big data, the Internet, and cloud computing is becoming moreurgent.
