The tourism market in the People’sRepublic of China (the “PRC”) has speeded up its recovery in the pastyear. Domestic travel and leisure activities are heading for a new stageof prosperous development. Against this backdrop, with its dedicationin the pursuit of innovation and being practical throughout 2023, WandaHotel Development Company Limited (“the Company”, together withits subsidiaries “the Group”), achieved its progress in terms of businessperformance steadily. 截至二零二三年十二月三十一日，本集團新增開業管理酒店35家，本集團管理的已開業酒店擴張至157家，酒店房間數超過三萬三千間，籌建及待開業酒店300餘家，覆蓋全球200餘座城市。二零二三年本集團錄得收入和歸屬於母公司權益持有人的利潤分別為983.1百萬港元和165.2百萬港元（二零二二年：分別為816.8百萬港元和193.2百萬港元）。我們的財務狀況仍然穩健，本集團仍錄得淨現金，有利於我們繼續積極落實業務增長策略。 As of 31 December 2023, the Group added 35 new managed hotelswhich commenced the operation. The number of operating hotelsmanaged by the Group has been expanded to 157 with over 33,000hotel rooms. Moreover, there were over 300 hotels contracted tobe managed by the Group under construction or pending for grandopening, covering over 200 cities worldwide. In 2023, the Grouprecorded revenues and profits attributable to the equity holders of theparent of HK$983.1 million and HK$165.2 million, respectively (2022:HK$816.8 million and HK$193.2 million respectively). Our financialposition remains robust and the Group was still in net cash position,which prepared us well to continue to actively execute our businessgrowth initiatives. 在新開業酒店方面，二零二三年一月開業的山西瀟河新城酒店群是本集團設計、建設、管理一體化項目，也是山西省規模最大、設備最優、功能最全的現代服務業建築群和太原城市新地標。隨著目的地旅遊及城市微度假的興起，撫仙湖萬達文華酒店及北京平谷萬達錦華酒店等也相繼開業。在品牌營銷及數字化方面，二零二三年五月萬悅會迎來品牌十週年，開 啟 品 牌 形 象、交 互 體 驗、權 益 禮 遇 三 重 煥新，會員總數突破1000萬。雙11萬達酒店電商業績再創新高，總銷售額破3億元，連續3年位居飛豬國內酒店集團第一名，實現三連冠。 Regarding new hotels, the Wanda hotel group in Xiaohe New City,Shanxi, opened in January 2023, is an integrated project designed,constructed, and managed by the Group. It is also the largest, best-equipped, and most comprehensive modern service architecturalcomplex and a new landmark in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. With therise of destination tourism and urban micro-vacation, Wanda Vista Hotelin Fuxian Lake and Wanda Jin Hotel in Beijing’s Pinggu District havealso opened. In terms of brand
