Looking backat the past year, Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (“theCompany”, together with its subsidiaries “the Group”) pressed forwardthrough uncertainty and change with unwavering determination. Guidedby lean operations and a commitment to create value, we seized newopportunities amidst shifting landscapes and carved fresh pathwaysthrough challenge. 2024年，集團總收入為9.9億港元，其中，酒店運營板塊貢獻核心增長動力，收入7.2億港元。我們也迎來50家新酒店開業，旗下管理酒店總數突破200家，客房總量規模超過40,200間，覆蓋全球核心城市和文旅勝地，實現規模與質量的雙重躍升。 In 2024, the Group achieved a total revenue of HK$990 million. Hoteloperations remained our core growth driver with revenue of HK$720million. We also celebrated the opening of 50 new hotels, bringing thetotal number of hotels under our management to over 200, with a totalroom capacity of over 40,200 rooms, covering key global cities andpopular cultural and tourism destinations. The completion of Latsavong WandaVista Vientiane and Wanda Jin Residences The Ease Sierra Bangkokreflects not only the success of our asset-light strategy in overseasmarkets, but also a harmonious integration of Chinese aesthetics andglobal cultures. Domestically, we leveraged our integrated capabilities indesign, construction, and management to launch “multi-brand” projectsin Beijing and Changchun.
