OVERALL REVIEW Founded in 2012, the Company is based in Nanjing with a primary focus on theChinese market, and has successfully extended its operations to eight cities spanningtwo provinces, including Nanjing, Yangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou andLianyungang in Jiangsu Province, as well as Changsha and Zhuzhou in HunanProvince. Adhering to the corporate culture of “making life more enjoyablethrough people-oriented principle, prudent yet enterprising spirit, integrity andpragmaticism”, the Company, as a builder, is full of enthusiasm and eager to createa harmonious, healthy and enjoyable life for people. It was an extremely challenging year for theGroup where we encountered unprecedented tests. In 2023, the sales of the realestate industry remained sluggish after a short boom in the first quarter, and thereal estate market continued to decline thereafter. At the beginning of the year, thecentral government continued to adhere to the principle of “housing is for livingin, not for speculation,” implemented differentiated policies according to localconditions, and continued to loosen regulatory policies to promote the healthydevelopment of the real estate industry.
