BUSINESS REVIEW China’s real estate market has faced significant challenges since the outbreakof the COVID-19 pandemic. Weak demand, a debt crisis among real estatedevelopers, and a lack of confidence among homebuyers have contributed to themarket downturn. The Chinese government has continuously stepped up policyintervention, stimulating market recovery through measures such as lowering downpayment requirements, reducing mortgage rates, and relaxing homebuyer eligibilityrequirements.
