This summary does notform part of the audited financial statements. 以下為本集團於過去五個財政年度之業績、資產及負債概要，乃摘錄自已刊發之經審核財務報表。本概要並不構成經審核財務報表之一部分。 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS管 理 層 討 論 及 分 析 OPERATION REVIEW 經營回顧 General Performance 於回顧年度，本集團之淨虧損增加6%至約港幣28,900,000元，乃經扣除以下各項的影響：(i)毛 利 較 二 零 二 二 年 增 加 約 港 幣4,250,000元；(ii)於二零二二年錄得出售物業收益港幣7,462,000元，而於二零二三年則透過出售一間附屬公司而錄得物業出售虧損港幣900,000元；(iii)於二零二二年（而非二零二三年）收取政 府 補 貼 港 幣2,266,000元；(iv)投 資 物 業 的公平值虧損較去年增加港幣1,900,000元；(v)於回顧年度錄得匯兌收益港幣992,000元，而於前一年則錄得未變現人民幣匯兌虧損港幣7,735,000元；(vi)於回顧年度錄得所得稅抵免港幣4,229,000元，而於前一年則錄得所得稅開支港幣90,000元；及(vii)融資成本較前一年增加港幣5,244,000元。 During the year under review, the Group’s net loss increased by 6% toapproximately HK$28,900,000 after netting the effects for (i) increasein gross profit of approximately HK$4,250,000 compared to 2022;(ii) gain on disposal of property of HK$7,462,000 in 2022 against aHK$900,000 loss on property disposal through disposing a subsidiaryin 2023; (iii) government subsidies of HK$2,266,000 were receivedin 2022 but not in 2023; (iv) increase in fair value loss on investmentproperties of HK$1,900,000 compared to the previous year; (v)exchange gain of HK$992,000 in the year instead of unrealized RMBexchange loss of HK$7,735,000 the year before; (vi) income tax creditof HK$4,229,000 in the year under review versus income tax expenseof HK$90,000 the year before; and (vii) increase in finance costs ofHK$5,244,000 relative to the year before. T h e G r o u p ’ s r e v e n u e i n c r e a s e d b y a p p r o x i m a t e l y 4 6 % t oHK$53,037,000 in 2023 while gross profit increased by approximately24% to HK$21,711,000. Both the increases were mainly attributed tothe hospitality business segment. 本集團於二零二三年的收入增加約46%至港幣53,037,000元，而毛利增加約24%至港幣21,711,000元。兩項增幅乃主要歸因於旅店及款待業務分部。 Other income decreased by 67% to HK$4,491,000. It was mainly dueto the absence this year of gain on disposal of warehouse property
