The Dispute Resolution Chamber of FPSD-12138 passed a decision on November 14, 2023, regarding an employment-related dispute between Amine Benchaib, a Belgian player, and CS Mioveni, a Romanian club. The dispute concerns the terms of a contract signed by the two parties on January 15, 2023. The contract provided for a salary of EUR 5,300 net per month and an installation fee of EUR 5,000 net. Clause 11 of the contract stated that the agreement would be governed by the laws of physical education and sports, the Civil Code, the Regulation on the Status and Transfer of Football Players, the Law on the Fiscal Code, and the Regulations of FRF and FIFA.
