The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is a platform for cooperation among its 53 member States and 9 associate members to address sustainable development challenges. The ESCAP secretariat provides technical assistance and capacity-building services to support national development objectives, regional agreements, and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The report "Sustainable Finance: Bridging the Gap in Asia and the Pacific" is the fifth in the ESCAP Financing for Development series, and it explores the challenges and opportunities of sustainable finance in the Asia-Pacific region.
