Limited (“TJI”,“Tam Jai International” or the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries,the “Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) with a clear vision in mind: to expand ourpresence beyond Hong Kong and secure funding through an initial publicoffering, enabling us to bring the distinguished home-grown “Tam Jai Taste”all over the world. In the first chapter of our journey, we made significantprogress towards our goals. 本人五年前接掌譚仔國際有限公司（「譚仔國際」或「本 公 司」，連 同 其 附 屬 公 司 統 稱「本 集 團」或「我們」）時已定下清晰願景：帶領集團業務走出香港，並透過首次公開發售籌得資金，讓我們實現把「譚仔味」帶到全球各地的願景。在集團發展的首階段，我們在實現這目標取得了重大進展。 Wehave not only weathered the perfect storm from the unprecedentedpandemic, but also emerged bigger, stronger and more resilient. Over thepast three years, even in the face of social distancing measures, we havesuccessfullygrown our restaurant network to 222 restaurants as of 30September 2023, with record-breaking revenue every year since 2019.
