The core task of theeconomy of the PRC was to realize a restorative macroeconomic growthand deep restoration of micro-foundation, thereby returning to anexpansionary growth path. 2023 During the first half of 2023, the PRC steadily rode through the period oflifting pandemic restriction measures, and the macro-economy rapidlyachieved a restorative growth. The Central Government ascertainedthe pillar status of the real estate industry, repeatedly emphasized theinsistence on “houses are for living in and not for speculative investment”,and implemented city-based policies to support rigid and improvement-oriented housing demand, and made efforts to “ensure project delivery,livelihood and stability”. Various ministries and commissions activelyresponded to the requirements from the Central Government, andhave gradually put in place various measures for “stabilizing the pillarstatus”, “boosting real estate demand” and “preventing risks”. Propertymanagement companies continued to adhere to the main theme ofhigh-quality development, actively participating in businesses includingthe renovation of old communities, urban and rural environmentalcomprehensive services as well as new energy infrastructuremaintenance, etc. While satisfying market demand, property managementcompanies also continued to expand the scope of business and enrichbusiness chains to further enhance their competitiveness and servicecapability, and while balancing the scale of management and quality ofservices, they actively explored development paths that suit their owncharacteristics more, focusing on their areas of strength and becomingmore outstanding.
