During the first half of the year, on the back of a complexinternationalsituation and a volatile macro environment,theChinese government focused on maintaining stablegrowth, stabilizing employment and controlling risks, andintensified advancing the strategy of expanding domesticdemand,continuously optimizing the virtuous cyclemechanismsalong the whole chain of the consumptionsector.With the consumer market constantly evolvingtowards a pattern characterized by an upgraded qualityof consumer demand and an improvement and innovationin product supply, the domestic high-end and high-qualityshopping mall segment is expected to trend upward in thelong run. The property management industry is supportedbythe government’s macro policies,and coupled withindustrycharacteristics,is relatively strong in terms ofstability and development resilience.
