For the six monthsended 30 June 2023 (the “Period”), the Group has 5 leased-and-operated accommodation projects under operation and a Baoanproject in preparation. Revenue from accommodation operations duringthe Period was mainly derived from rental of accommodation andconference facilities and provision of property facilities management andaccommodation consultations services. 隨著二零二三年上半年新冠疫情影響減弱以及中國與其他國際地區邊境重新開放，酒店業務將逐漸改善。然而，酒店業務仍然受到中國經濟、全球經濟和地緣政治不穩定的影響。面對複雜嚴峻的形勢，本集團保持審慎、積極的態度，圍繞主營業務，增強核心競爭力的戰略目標，把握宏觀環境和市場發展趨勢，抓住旅遊行業復甦、消費意願增強的機遇，調整業務策略，拓展和開發個性化的住宿產品和管理服務，加速開店步伐，升級品牌和產品，優化會員權益，提升體驗和效率，形成佈局完善、特色鮮明、主次清晰的酒店品牌矩陣，實現業績增長。在此基礎上，本集團還因勢利導，攻堅克難，推進整合，通過加強管理、控制成本、降低費用等措施，推進企業持續高品質發展。 With the gradual reduction of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic inthe first half of 2023 and the reopening of China’s borders with otherinternational regions, the hotel business is expected to gradually improve.However, the hotel business is still affected by the unstable Chinese andglobal economy and geopolitical situation. Faced with such complex andsevere situation, the Group maintains a cautious and proactive attitudearound its main business, by the way enhancing its core competitiveness,grasping macro-environmental trends and market developments, seizingopportunities in the recovery of the tourism industry and the increasingconsumer willingness to spend, adjusting business strategies, expandingand developing personalized accommodation products and managementservices, accelerating store openings, upgrading brands and products,optimizing member benefits, enhancing experience and efficiency,forming a well-structured, distinctive and clear hotel brand matrix, andachieving performance growth. On this basis, the Group also takesadvantage of the situation, overcomes difficulties, promotes integration,strengthens management, controls costs, reduces expenses, andpromotes the sustainable and high-quality development of the enterprise.
