Management Discussion and Analysis管理層討論及分析 INTERIM DIVIDEND 董事會議決不宣派截至二零二三年六月三十日止六 個 月 之 中 期 股 息（截 至 二 零 二 二 年 六 月 三 十 日止 六 個 月：無）。 The Board has resolved not to declare an interim dividend forthe six months ended 30 June 2023 (six months ended 30 June2022: Nil). INTRODUCTION 中基長壽科學集團有限公司（「」）連同其附屬公司（統稱「」）一直專注拓展長壽科學業務。除經營及管理其現有借貸及金融諮詢業務、證 券 及 其 他 投 資 業 務，亦 經 營 物 業 投 資 業 務。 ZhongJi Longevity Science Group Limited(the“Company”),togetherwith its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”)havebeen focusing on expanding its longevity science business. Inadditionto operating and managing its existing businesses ofmoneylending&financial advisory business,securities andother investment business, and property investment business. 於二零二二年八月二十六日的補充公告訂明，財加P2P網 絡 貸 款 業 務 遭 當 局 終 止 後，惟 本 公 司 其他 抵 押 按 揭 貸 款（即 非P2P放 貸 業 務，稱 為「借 貸及金融諮詢業務」）按照上述小額貸款公司的指導法 律，該 業 務 分 兩 個 模 式 營 運：(a)「策 略 合 夥 模式」透 過 與 擁 有 恰 當 貸 款 融 資 牌 照 的 策 略 夥 伴 合作，管 理 規 模 可 觀 的 貸 款 資 產 組 合（一 按 及╱或二按房屋貸款或有抵押貸款，包括未償還本金連利 息），而 本 公 司 毋 須 充 當 直 接 貸 款 人，本 公 司於 該 模 式 的 組 合 當 中 擁 有100%權 益 或 僅10%的出資；(b)於「企業及個人借款人模式」當中，本公司透過其於中港兩地的貸款協議及有關貸款資產充當直接貸款人。我們的貸款策略合作夥伴為中國 對 外 經 濟 貿 易 信 託 有 限 公 司（「」）、深 圳 泛 華 聯 合 投 資 集 團 有 限 公 司（「」）及 重 慶 輝 科 諾 企 業 管 理 有 限 公 司（「」）。 On 26 August 2022 the Supplement Announcement prescribedsince Caijia P2P Internet loans business was ceased by authoritybut Company others secure mortgage loans (i.e. non-P2P moneylending business), namely “Money Lending & Financial AdvisoryBusinessin compliance with above-mentioned Small LoanFinance Companies guidance law has operated into Two models:(a) “Strategic Partners Model” managing a sizeable portfolio ofloanassets(1st and/or 2nd mortgage home loans or securedloans(including outstanding principal and interest)via incooperationwith Strategic Partners whom has adequate LoanFinancelicense,without Company assuming role of a directlender, whereby Company owned 100% portfolio capital or with10% capital contribution only; (b) T
