Over the years, we have endeavouredto expand our capacities in providing marketing servicesinaccordance with the prevailing market trends anddevelopments.We offer(i)promotion and advertisingservices, including (a) traditional marketing and promotionservices; (b) advertisement placement services; and (c)advertisement distribution services; and (ii) virtual goodssourcing and delivery services. 2015(i)(a)(b)(c)(ii) In addition, with business diversification, enhanced marketpenetration and potential synergies from possible furtherbusiness collaboration in mind, we also provide IT solutionsservices (including mobile game and software developmentand maintenance services and solutions on lottery relatedsoftware systems and equipment) in an effort to enhancequality and variety of our product and service offerings. IT We have achieved our business diversification by meansof constant upgrades to our business through both organicgrowth and acquisitions, which resulted in correspondingincrease in our customer base and the variety of the formsand channels in which our marketing services have beendelivered. In terms of acquisitions, on 31 May 2023, the Group acquired100% equity interest in Yangtze River Delta DemonstrationZone (Shanghai) ASMKT Network Technology Co., Ltd. () (“ASMKT”), acompany whose principally engaged in loyalty marketingservices through virtual goods sourcing and delivery andestablished in PRC. The Group has acquired ASMKT becauseit has technology research and development advantage invirtual goods sourcing and delivery and help the Group tohave a comprehensive layout in the virtual goods sourcingand delivery sector
