Onbehalf of the Board, I am pleased to present the Group’sunaudited consolidated results for the six months ended30 June 2023. 2023 During the sessions for the National People’s Congressa n dt h e Ch i n e s e P e o p l e’s P o l i t i c a l Co n s u l t a t i v eConference,General Secretary Xi reiterated that high-qualitydevelopment is the top priority of building amodern socialist country in all aspects, and the propertymanagement industry is also moving towards the stageofhigh-quality development.The first half year of2023remained challenging for the property industry,whilethe Group actively adapted to market changesexternally, sorted out the management system internally,and developed in a practical manner based on its ownadvantagesand characteristics to achieve a steadygrowth. CONTINUOUSLY UTILIZING THE QUALITYFOR BRAND BUILDING 2023 TheGroup adheres to its mission of providing high-qualityservices and strives to become a top propertymanagementbrand in China and a benchmark inZhejiang. In the first half year of 2023, the Group furtherpromotedproject quality inspection led by the seniormanagement of the Group, improved the implementationof relevant responsibilities based on inspection results,and conducted inspection and evaluation from multipledimensions such as housekeeping, security, engineering,cleaningand environment.The Group timely issued arectification plan for the problems detected, completedthe rectification within the prescribed time and compiledrelevant reports, with the final review and acceptance bythequality management department as completion ofthe rectification, so as to further implement the qualitystandardization and management standardiz
