The initialresilience observed in early 2023 faded as inflation pressurespersisted. Major economies experienced a drag on growth dueto ongoing monetary tightening measures aiming at restoringprice stability. Global financial conditions worsened as a resultofinterest rate hikes and occasional financial instability.Theglobal economy, which grew by 3.1% last year, is expected toexperience a significant slowdown in 2023, with a projectedgrowth rate of 2.1%, before a tepid recovery in 2024, to 2.4%. •2023年 上 半 年 仍 然 受 到 疫 情、俄 烏 衝 突及 為 抗 通 脹 而 收 緊 貨 幣 政 策 等 各 種 影響，全 球 經 濟 環 境 面 對 重 大 挑 戰。2023年 初 始 見 的 復 甦 之 勢 在 通 脹 壓 力 持 續 下無 以 為 繼。主 要 經 濟 體 為 穩 定 物 價 持 續實行貨幣收緊措施，亦拖累增長。加息及偶發財政不穩，則使全球財政狀況轉差。全球經濟去年增長3.1%，預期2023年將大 幅 放 緩，預 計 增 長 率 為2.1%，而2024年將有輕微復甦，預測增長率為2.4%。 •2023年 上 半 年，中 國 經 濟 在 持 續 推 進 改造 升 級 下 保 持 復 甦 動 力。根 據 中 國 國 家統 計 局 發 佈 的 中 國 國 內 生 產 總 值 初 步 核算 結 果，2023年 第 一 季 按 年 增 長4.5%。此 增 長 率 高 於2 0 2 2年 第 三 季 錄 得 的2.9%及2022年 第 四 季 錄 得 的3.9%。解除 通 脹 控 制 措 施 造 就 機 會，增 添 復 甦 動力。然而，中國經濟復甦步伐可能受到外部需求疲弱及房地產業危機持續影響。 •In1H2023,the Chinese economy sustained the momentumofrecovery with continuous advancement of trans
