Titan Wind Energy plans to acquire Jiangsu Strong Wind to expand its presence in the wind power market. The acquisition involves two offshore wind power equipment plants with a total production capacity of 400,000-500,000 tons, which is expected to be completed in early 2023. If successful, Jiangsu Strong Wind will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Titan Wind Energy and be included in its consolidated statements. The acquisition is expected to increase Titan Wind Energy's production capacity of offshore wind power equipment to around 1.2 million tons by the end of 2023. The company's revenue and net profit are forecast to grow significantly over the next few years, with an estimated P/E ratio of 11.53 in 2024.
