Iwould like to turn it over initiallyto Larry.Larry, you can do your opening remarks, and thenwe'll get to it. ASST.SEC.STRICKLING:Thankyou,Mark.Ialso want to thank NIST for giving us theuse ofthis wonderful modern facility for ourmeetinghere this afternoon.Unfortunately, itdidn'tcome with a lot of parking, and so I hopeeverybodywas able to navigate through that. SoI tried to do my little part forthis.Someof you,if you drove around, may havenoticedthat on the other side of the olderbuilding, there's a parking space labeled"NTIADirector."Sobeing the gentleman that I am, Idutifullygot out and put a Post-It on it thatsaid"Emeritus"and stuck it under NTIA,but IunderstandJanice still drove past the parkingspotand didn't take it,so my effort went fornaught.Sothere is an empty space down there.Peopleare still driving around trying to find a Agren Blando Court Reporting & Video, Inc. placeto park. MEMBEROBUCHOWSKI:Larry,I am stillemeritus, but I just had cataract surgery,so Imissedthat part. ASST.SEC.STRICKLING:Also,I want towelcometoday students from the University ofColorado.Theseare students in their second dayof May-mesterwith Professor Bryan Tramont-- boy, that'sa phrase I'd never thought I'd have tosay --and Professor Dale Hatfield, which reallyhas moreof an authoritative sound to it,aSpectrumManagement and Policy person. Andfor those of you who don't know, Iguess--Dale was telling me they basically pack15 weeksof instruction into three weeks here, andso that'squite a testament to you and to thefortitudeof your students that are here.Butthey'resitting here behind us. Doyou guys want to stand up so we cansay hi. Butwe have already tested them, and Ihavefound that despite the fact there are a lotof lawstudents in the group,it's actually aprettysmart group.Hey,I've got a law degree, too, but I know of what I speak.Sojust as anexample,I was just testing, you know,at random, someof you-all and some of the folks here, andthe studentsas well. Ithink you-all know that you're outherethis week in connection with a conferencethatNTIA and NIST have sponsored in the past. And thisyear it's being sponsored by our Centerfor AdvancedCommunications, the ISART conference. So Istarted asking,"What does ISART stand for,"and noneof you guys know, but th
