(“the Company” or “Sinclair”) is a diversified media company with national reach and a strong focus on providing high-quality content on our local television stations and digital platforms. The content, distributed through our broadcast platform and third-party platforms, consists of programming provided by third-party networks and syndicators, local news, other original programmingproduced by us and our owned networks and professional sports. Additionally, we own digital media companies that are complementaryto our extensive portfolio of television station related digital properties and we have interests in, own, manage, and/or operate technicaland software services companies, research and development companies for the advancement of broadcast technology, and other mediaand non-media related businesses and assets, including real estate, venture capital, private equity, and direct investments. For the quarter ended June30, 2026, we had two reportable segments: local media and tennis. The local media segment consistsprimarily of our 178 broadcast television stations in 79 markets, which we own, provide programming and operating services pursuant toagreements commonly referred to as local marketing agreements (“LMA”), or provide sales services and other non-programmingoperating services pursuant to other outsourcing agreements (such as joint sales agreements (“JSA”) and shared services ag
