Accordingly, they do not include all ofthe information and footnotes required by GAAP for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, they include all normaland recurring accruals and adjustments necessary to present fairly the results of the interim periods shown. Use of Estimates The preparation of consolidated financial statements in conformity with GAAP requires management to make estimates, judgmentsand assumptions that affect the amounts reported in the consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes including, but not limitedto, legal, tax and insurance accruals, acquisition accounting and impairments.
