As of June 30,2026, there were no changes in the nature of our significant accounting policies or the application of those policies from thosereported in our annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025. These unaudited consolidated financial statements andaccompanying notes should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements andaccompanying notes for the year ended December 31, 2025. In preparing these interim financial statements, management has made judgments and estimates about the future, including climate-related risks and opportunities, that affect the application of accounting policies and the reported amounts of assets and liabilities,income and expenses. Actual results may differ from these estimates. The significant judgments m
