Amid the challenges posed by anincreasingly uncertain operating environment, the Group maintainedsteady progress by leveraging its extensive market experience,solid foundation, strong brand, and proactive planning. Throughthe introduction of new products, the launch of new marketinginitiatives, and the formation of new business partnerships, the Groupcontinues to develop steadily, sustain its market leadership, and createopportunities for the future. (Costco) The Group remained proactive and adaptable in responding to marketchallenges through continuous innovation and product development.In Hong Kong, the Group built on the strengths of its new flagshipstore, “Seas of Flavour”, in Causeway Bay, to launch a range of newproducts that introduced exciting new flavours to consumers. Theseincluded Japan’s first tofu pudding developed in collaboration withImuraya, which generated overwhelming market demand; milk creampuff cakes launched together with Fujiya, which received a favourablemarket response; House Tongari (Seaweed) Corn introduced inpartnership with House Foods and porippy chocolate coated peanutsin collaboration with Denroku, which proved highly popular amongconsumers. In addition, the Group collaborated with the movie “Backto the Past” to launch the “Back to the Past Four Seas Biscuit Sticks”product series. The campaign successfully captured market attention,set new trends, and achieved strong sales within a short period of Chairman’s Statement time. It even experienced stockouts at one stage, creating the marketlegend of “Back to the Past Four Seas Biscuit Sticks”. This representsanother landmark achievement following the launch of the Group’s“Four Seas Good Luck Biscuit”. In the Chinese Mainland, the Grouphas broadened its distribution channels through collaboration withlarge warehouse clubs. For instance, by producing exclusive productstailored for Costco, thereby extending the customer base and attractingconsumers seeking distinctive product offerings. In Japan, the Groupcontinued to leverage the strengths of Miyata Co., Ltd. (“Miyata”)in products, platforms, pricing, and market positioning. Beyondintroducing
