To all Shareholders, On behalf of the board of directors (the “Board” or the “Directors”)of Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Holdings Limited (the “Company” andtogether with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), I am pleased to present toyou the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the “Year” orthe “Year under Review”). Since its establishment in 1897, Wai YuenTong has always adhered to its core philosophy of “Preparing Medicinewith Dedication, Growing Strong with Reputation”. We are committedto passing down the profound wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine(“TCM”), making the TCM industry go global, and leading the industryin setting higher standards, with a view to providing comprehensive andexquisite medical products and services to each customer. BUSINESS REVIEW Currently, the Group owns the widely recognized Chinese pharmaceuticaland health food brand “Wai Yuen Tong” through Wai Yuen TongMedicine Company Limited (“Wai Yuen Tong” or “WYT Medicine”),and holds the internationally renowned Western pharmaceutical brands“Madame Pearl’s” and “Pearl’s” through Luxembourg Medicine CompanyLimited (“Luxembourg Medicine”, together with its subsidiaries, the“Luxembourg Medicine Group”). The Group’s Chinese and Westernpharmaceutical and healthcare businesses are developing synergistically, forming a positive interaction. During the Year under Review, despite the uneven pace of recoveryin the local consumer market and fluctuations in the macroeconomicenvironment, the TCM industry demonstrated unique resilience andstructural growth opportunities. This was driven by the acceleration ofpopulation aging, increasing public emphasis on “preventive medicine”and sub-health management, and the streamlined approval process forTCM in the Greater Bay Area. Consumers are paying more attention todaily health management and high-quality TCM conditioning services, driving a steady increase in demand for health products and proprietaryChinese medicines. The Company’s market share and leading positionhave been further strengthened due to its flexible response
