Against thischallenging backdrop, theGroup focused on evolving itsoperating model and upgradingits organisational capabilitiesto prepare for a future ofsustained growth. 對維他奶而言，二零二五╱二零二六財政年度是充滿變化的一年，市場競爭環境激烈，尤以中國內地為甚，同時不明朗地緣政治因素亦有所加劇。面對充滿挑戰的環境，本集團專注推進營運模式演變及提升組織架構能力，為未來實現持續增長作好準備。 Mr. Winston Yau-lai LO(SBS, BSc, MSc)羅友禮先生（SBS, BSc, MSc） Executive Chairman執行主席 維他奶集團於二零二五╱二零二六財政年度的收入減少3%，主要由於中國內地業務受到傳統零售渠道疲弱表現影響所致，惟全渠道的增長令人鼓舞並抵銷部分有關影響。 Vitasoy Group revenue decreased by 3% in FY2025/2026, primarilydue to weaker performance in the Chinese Mainland where thebusiness was affected by softness in the general trade channel,partially mitigated by encouraging growth in the Omni channels. 澳門特別行政區及維他天地業務需求放緩，使香港業務收入輕微下降，但在植物奶及茶類別均能在香港特別行政區保持強勁的市場領導地位。澳洲╱新西蘭及新加坡收入持續穩健增長，前 者 經 營 虧 損 收 窄（不 包 括 物 業、廠 房 及 設 備減 值 支 出），後 者 則 恢 復 盈 利。於 集 團 層 面，我們透過將更多生產整合至東莞廠房，提升資產 使 用 率 及 廠 房 效 率。儘 管Vitasoy AustraliaProducts Pty. Ltd.錄得減值支出（「VAP減值」），我們亦透過出售維他奶（上海）有限公司持有的土地及樓宇（「VSL出售事項」）強化資產負債表。 The Hong Kong Operation’s revenue declined slightly due to slowerdemand in the Macau SAR and Vitaland Group businesses, whileretaining strong market leadership in both the plant milk and teacategories in the Hong Kong SAR. Australia/New Zealand andSingapore continued to deliver solid revenue growth, with the formernarrowing the operating losses (excluding an impairment chargerelated to property, plant and equipment) and the latter returning toprofitability.
