Basic loss per share of the Group for the yearended 31 March 2026 was HK11.3 cents (2025: HK28.9 cents).The Board of Directors has resolved not to recommend anydividend (2025: interim dividend of HK2 cents) for the year ended31 March 2026. 業務回顧 Business Review The Group is engaged in design, manufacturing and trading of awide range of household electrical appliances. 本集團從事設計、製造及銷售多種家庭電器。 For the year ended 31 March 2026, global business environmentcontinued to be challenging and difficult against a backdropof geopolitical unrest, US-China trade tension, US tariffs,appreciating RMB foreign exchange rates, high inflation andsluggish consumer sentiments. Competition within the industryremained intense and our customers are adopting an even moreprice-sensitive, stringent and conservative procurement andinventory policy. 截至二零二六年三月三十一日止年度，在全球地緣政治動盪、中美貿易緊張局勢、美國加徵關稅、人民幣匯率上升、高通脹以及消費意欲低迷等情況下，全球商業環境依然充滿挑戰及困難。同業競爭依然激烈，客戶在採購及監控庫存方面更為嚴格謹慎。 致股東函件 Letter to Shareholders 自二零二五年四月二日起，美國對中國進口商品加徵關稅幅度經歷了前所未有的過山車式波動。於二零二五年四月二日，美國總統特朗普宣布對中國商品加徵34%的對等關稅，該關稅將於二零二五年四月九日生效。加上先前對芬太 尼 徵 收 的20%關 稅 ， 總 關 稅 將 達 到54%。經過中美雙方數輪反制措施後，對華對等關稅一度飆升至125%，使得二零二五年四月九日的總關稅達至145%。於二零二五年五月十二日，中美雙方在日內瓦舉行外交會談後，同意將 對 等 關 稅 降 至10%， 為 期90天 ， 但 美 國 對芬 太 尼 徵 收 的 關 稅 仍 保 留20%， 使 有 效 關 稅降 至30%。 如 果90天 後 雙 方 仍 未 達 成 協 議 ，對 等 關 稅 將 恢 復 到34%。 隨 後 ， 中 美 高 級 官員於二零二五年六月九日至十日在倫敦舉行會談。雙方就一項框架協議達成一致，以維護二零二五年五月日內瓦貿易協議的條款。於二零二五年十月三十日，美國總統特朗普及中國國家主席習近平在韓國釜山會晤後，美國同意在二 零 二 五 年 十 一 月 十 日 起 將 芬 太 尼 關 稅 降 至10%，並將10%的對等關稅稅率延長一年至二零二六年十一月十日。因此，實際關稅總額將為20%。為了減輕關稅對客戶的影響，我們與客戶緊密合作，在馬來西亞安排分包生產，為美國市場生產部分產品。 F r o m2 A p r i l 2 0 2 5 o n w a r d s ,w e h a v e w i t n e s s e d a nunprecedented rollercoaster ride of the tariffs imposed on Chinaimports into the US. On 2 April 2025, US President DonaldTrump announces a 34% reciprocal tariff on China which wouldbe effective on 9 April 2025. Together with the 20% Fentanyltariff, that means total tariffs would be 54%.
