We concentrated oncapital preservation while strategically capturing dividend income, navigatingthe volatile equity markets with a disciplined approach to asset allocation. On the corporate level, the Company achieved a significant milestone.Following the suspension of trading in the Company’s shares on TheStock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in April 2024, the Board dedicatedsubstantial effort to the underlying issues. We are pleased to report that theCompany has successfully fulfilled all conditions outlined in the resumptionguidance. Consequently, trading in the shares was fully resumed witheffect from 15 October 2025, this resumption marks a new chapter forthe Company, marking a pivotal moment for restoring shareholder valueand market confidence.
